You can return to our company(HKUST, CLEAR WATER BAY, KOWLOON) and get the refund.

To cancel your order, immediately call our support staff at 23456789 or send e-mail to im_nhk@ust.hk.

Is my personal data confidential?
Personal data held by us relating to its online customers or to visitors to the site will be kept confidential but we may provide this information to third parties including but not limited to our advertisers, associated companies or contractors/agents or other network operators who perform certain tasks for us in connection with the provision of our services to its online customers and to visitors to this site. What if items are out of stock?
We endeavor to always have your requested item in stock. Sometimes, this is not possible. If your requested items is out of stock, you will be able to choose an available substitute. Product availability should be confirmed during the checkout process. If the product is found to be out of stock after your checkout is completed, We will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

What if there is a mistake on the invoice?
If the invoiced price is incorrect, we will refund the difference as described in the pricing policy.

What if there are mistakes in my order?
The driver should sign off every delivery with the name, date, and time. If there are any discrepancies, they must be reported within three days of receiving the order. You can contact our customer service center via telephone at 23456789, via fax at 23456788, or via e-mail to im_nhk@ust.hk We cannot take full responsibility for any discrepancies if you specifically have requested that the delivery be left outside the door in your absence.

How can I purchase any broken part of my model if possible?
You can email us or phone us to order the component. The price are determined by the market price(our policy is that we offer 20% lower than the market price).

Can I return the model if the broken parts are caused during the shipment?
Definitely. You should return the products within the first 14 purchase days. If you return it after the period, you can just purchase the part at a lower price.
